Return & Refund Policy
At Expression Expert, we strive to deliver products that meet your expectations. However, if you face any issues with your order, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Important:
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at admin@expressionexpert.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If your item arrives broken or damaged, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost.
- If the design is not as expected (e.g., incorrect colors, text, or layout), we will offer a free redesign and send a corrected item.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom products (such as personalized mugs with names, photos, or custom text) unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items and gift cards.
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), personal care items (like beauty products), and hazardous materials.
If you're unsure about your item’s eligibility, feel free to contact us.
Exchanges
If you're not satisfied with the design of your product, we’re happy to offer a free redesign. However, we do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with custom designs unless the product is defective.
For other exchanges, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- No refunds will be issued for custom products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
- If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, contact us at admin@expressionexpert.com.
